My experience in event management and organization.

Contender Approaching
Tournament | Sole Organizer, Streamer, & Graphic Designer
Contender Approaching was the first Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Weekly hosted by Contender Esports. I designed the graphics, logo (incorporating their brand), and schedule. I have personally been the on-site TO every Monday since CA 1 (February 10th, 2020). This includes running the bracket, seeding, calling matches, and managing the stream during 40+ person events. I also help market the tournament to our local scene and keep them up to date on any changes. I created QR codes and stagelists sheets on laminated paper handouts to help attendees at the event. At the event, I use a custom game branded game mods that I've created, which can be seen below. Streamed live on TV_Seven. I also cut and upload the VODs from the tournament to Springfield Smash.

Respect the Bair
Tournament | Organizer, Streamer, Graphic Designer, Bracket Manager, Marketer
Respect the Bair (incl. charity event Respect the Bair: Extralife) is a tournament series hosted by Missouri State University Esports. As the Smash Bros. Game Coordinator/Coach at MSU, This tournament series was hosted inside of Carrington Hall at Missouri State University, and was open for anyone to attend. Kyrie and I ran the bracket and organized the crew battles which took place at the event. I helped with everything, including graphics, stream, and more. Also uses a branded modpack. VODs avalible on the MSUE YouTube Channel.
Ursa Major / Ursa Minor
Tournament | Organizer, Streamer, Graphic Designer, Bracket Manager, Marketer
Ursa is a tournament series hosted at Missouri State University after I became the Game Coordinator. As a successor tournament to Respect the Bair, it continues the MSU branding but introduces new improvements to the series. Ursa Major is a monthly tournament hosted on Saturday. Ursa Minor is a more frequent weekly tournament at a different building at MSU. Both feature an extremely advanced and custom HTML overlay, transitions, and more. Custom branded stages and menus are also included. This makes Ursa Major Springfield Missouri's premier tournament. Singles uses a waterfall bracket, and it also has doubles.
Quaranfiends
Tournament | Streamer, Graphic Designer, Bracket Manager
Quaranfiends was the successor to a tournament called 'Neutral B'. After Neutral B's cancellation from COVID-19 at the start of 2020, Quaranfiends would later open in the same venue while requireing proof of vaccination to ensure the safety of all players. Later, it would be only masks required. The tournament featured the amenities of Sunshine Lanes Bowling Alley, custom graphics, accepting card or cash at the door, and a high production value. VODs are uploaded on the Springfield Smash YouTube.
Ultimate Underground
Tournament | Organizer, Streamer, Graphic Designer, Bracket Manager, Marketer
Ultimate Underground was a tournament series hosted in my house. UU1 was hosted in my garage when I lived in Ozark, and UU2 was an invitational hosted in my basement after I moved to Springfield. The tournament used a waterfall bracket to give the players more games in the bracket. VODs can be found on YouTube.

Sunshined
